Also, this is an advantage even for candidates who interviewing in their own country, as they save time for travelling back and forth.

Data-driven recruiting is like using a GPS to find the best route to your destination. Just as GPS uses real-time data to guide you, data-driven recruiting relies on analysing information to make smarter hiring decisions.
