Job Description

Advance Career on behalf of our client, a Corporate Services organisation based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Secretary ;

Responsibilities:
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence;
Maintain Calendar and Plan Meetings;
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing couriers
Guest hospitality;
Responsible for the day to day administration of the office
Filing of corporate documents;
Filing of Banking documents;
Updating indexes
Liaising with various Internal departments;
Liaise with government authorities (if required);
Archiving files;
Assisting Office Manager with HR & IT tasks.

Qualifications:
At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position ;
Fluent in English (speak and write);
Computer Literate;
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills;
Team working skills.
