Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Property Development Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Russian Speaking Reception Assistant;

Responsibilities:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
Responsible for the facilities day to day operations;
Negotiates the purchase and ordering of office supplies and equipment as needed;
Dealing with correspondence and queries;
Making beverages for guests and management;
Supporting administrator’s duties/ replacement during vacations;
Supporting reception duties including delivery /collection of documents / replacement during vacations.

Qualifications:
Excellent Russian and English
Greek will be considered as an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and observe confidentiality requirements
Sound judgement and integrity
Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to form and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests
Ability to create plans for achieving objectives
Proven time management and organizational skills
Mastered managing multiple priorities and meeting target dates
