Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Property Development Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales;

Responsibilities:
Setting up sales strategy and sales plans;
Setting up a sales team and full management of sales activities in Cyprus and abroad;
Meeting corporate and personal sales targets, close deals;
Motivation of team members and improvement of organizational structure;
Together with Marketing Department building the relationships with agency network;
Acquisition of new clients through all available means (exhibitions, conferences, website, networking, personal search);
Leading day-to-day communication / maintaining up-to-date relations with existing and new clients;
Detailed presentation of existing company products & services to interested clients;
Dealing directly with possible property buyers, arranging for a smooth, safe and legally correct transaction for them;
Day-to-day monitoring of the market and competitors;
Instant updating of CRM/database;
Organizing inspection trips for potential clients to projects;
Feedback and complaint management.

Qualifications:
Proficient English and Russian languages, both spoken and written is a must
University degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
7 years of successful B2C and B2B sales and marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of MS office software
Result driven, self-motivated and ambitious team player
Have a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents
Organizational and time-management skills
Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
