Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client an award winning 5 stars luxury Hotel and Resort based near the City of Paphos, seeks to recruit a dynamic Restaurant Manager:
Responsibilities:
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Responding efficiently and accurately to potential customer complaints.
Maintaining all the outlets revenue, profitability and quality goals.
Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant outlets operations
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Comply with health and safety standards at all times
Generate Reports for Management
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
Degree in Hospitality Management or Relevant
Fluency in Greek and English
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
