Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client an award winning 5 Stars luxurious hotel in Paphos, seeks to recruit a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead a professional Team:

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Front Office team and be responsible for guest services
Involved in Trainings of your Team
Responsible for the selection/hiring of front office personnel
Set Up the Department at its utmost professional functionality.
Supervise staff
Organize Front Office Department schedules
Evaluate and assess staff performance.
Experience in managing hotel rooms division, Yield management.
Confirm that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
Ability and experience in resolving guest problems efficiently, and courteously
Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
Maximizes room revenue and occupancy by reviewing daily status

Qualifications:
Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or relevant
4 years previous experience in the same or similar role within the Hospitality Sector.
Fluency in English and Greek
Experience managing Teams
Computer Literate.
