Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Online Gaming organization located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Portuguese Customer Support Representative to join the team:

Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Answering clients’ requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers’ satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
Maintaining professionalism in all instances

Qualifications:
Able to work 22:00 to 06:00
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Fluent in English
Native Portuguese language proficiency
Attention to detail and quality of work
Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
Eligible to work in Cyprus
