Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a leading Wealth Management organization, is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Office Manager:

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and emails
Organizing meetings and managing databases
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Preparing letters, presentations etc.
Booking transport and accommodation
Organizing company events
Ordering office supplies
Support Management when required
Liaise with local suppliers to maintain office needs.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or relevant/or secretarial studies
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Ability to multitask
Excellent Computer skills
Fluency in Russian, English and Greek is required
