Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a highly established organization with operations in Property, Construction and Investments seeks to recruit a Russian Speaking Receivables Manager:

Responsibilities:
Notify clients about upcoming payments, providing necessary details and instructions.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and address any concerns or queries they may have.
Update CRM software with relevant client payment information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Liaise with the accounting department to issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes as needed, and collaborate closely to resolve any payment issues.
Prepare reports on receivables, forecasting expected funds within the next two weeks.
Communicate with clients and banks to collect KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for payments, resolving any KYC-related issues, and offering solutions.
Maintain communication and alignment between marketing, legal, and accounting departments for each client case.
Utilize advanced computer skills to efficiently manage payment processes and documentation.

Qualifications:
Fluent in both Russian and English languages for effective communication with clients and internal departments.
Proficient in computer usage, including CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, banks, and internal teams.
Knowledge of financial processes, including invoicing, receipts, and credit notes, is advantageous.
Ability to problem-solve KYC-related issues and propose effective solutions.
Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in financial/Banking services or client management, is preferred.

An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate plus the option to work part time or full time. (part-time working hours 9-2:30)
