Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client, an International Technology Marketing provider, seeks to recruit a Legal Advisor to join the Team in Limassol:
Responsibilities:
Drafting Agreements (Marketing, Affiliate, Advertising)
Drafting new Agreements for any matters rise up
Liaising with the lawyers for our subsidiary in USA and monitoring the legal Team for USA office
Structuring solutions for disputes, providing support in legal issues and reviewing legal materials and contracts.
Conducting legal research
Provide commercial and cost effective legal advice
Qualifications:
Degree in Law
Member of the Cyprus Bar
Familiar with GDPR, Security policies
Familiar with migration matters
Fluent in English, Greek, Russian will be considered an advantage
Computer Literate
