Job Description
Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a well stablished Online Marketing organization, seeks to recruit a Corporate Legal Associate/KYC Specialist to join their professional team:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire KYC and Due Diligence (DD)processes
Supporting the finance team with bank account openings and annual audits
Supporting the projects team with on-boarding payment processors
Handling the registrar, the filing, handling various types of documentation across all of the countries
the organization operates.
Coordinate with external counsels on corporate changes, performing the DD process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law.
At least 2-3 years of experience in similar positions either at a law firm, compliance teams, banking,
back-office/KYC experience.
Excellent English Language communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
