Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Legal Firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate / Commercial Lawyer;
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing a wide variety of corporate and commercial documents.
Assisting in the handling of all corporate legal processes including mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, intellectual property, compliance issues, etc.
Strong research skills.
Excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures, compliance procedures and statutory requirements.
Familiarity with complex multi-jurisdictional structures, trusts, foundations.
Advising clients on matters relating to commercial agreements, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
Providing legal opinions and memos.
Contributing to the writing of articles and other publications of the Firm.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a law firm environment.
LLM in Financial and Commercial Law or similar.
Strong work ethic.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Computer skills and competency.
Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
Basic litigation skills will be considered a positive.
