Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Online Gaming organization based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit English Speaking VIP Account Managers;

Responsibilities:
Increase our top players’ activity, satisfaction and loyalty to our brand
Be involved in improving the overall service to our VIP customers and improving our players’ satisfaction across the site
Increase activity of top players
Proactively contact potential and top players
Plan, execute and follow up on promotions
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs

Qualifications:
Fluent English is a must. Native English will be considered an advantage.
Able to work 5 days within a week rotation shift Monday to Sunday (8am – 4pm & 4pm – 12am)
Experience in a similar position/industry is preferred but not mandatory
Customer service experience
Sales experience preferred
Eligible to work in Cyprus
