Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well-established CySec regulated Forex organisation, located in Larnaca, is seeking to recruit a Client Support Agent;

Responsibilities:
Supporting clients with any inquiries, through the means of communication established
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly
Provide existing and Prospective Clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products offers by the Company
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
Record details of all inquiries, comments and complaints
Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person and/or department
Providing assistance to Prospective Clients with respect to the Account Opening Process
Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
Communicate precise and correct information at all times
Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
Carries out any further duties assigned by their Line Manager

Qualifications:
University/College Degree
Fluency in English any additional language will be considered an advantage
I.T. Proficient
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Support or HORECA roles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The successful candidate must be able to work shifts on a 24/5 rotation
