Retail Shop Manager Trainee (Wine & Spirits) – Nicosia

Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a leading Wine & Spirits Trader company with stores in Nicosia, is seeking to recruit a Retail Shop Manager Trainee; 

Responsibilities after the training period:
Coach, support and disciplining members of his/her team
Maintain and monitor appropriate level of store inventory
Create and assist customers as necessary
Generate and review sales report
Develop a schedule of activities and promotion throughout the year strategically designed to attract more customers and bring in more revenue
Accountable for P&L
Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered advantageous
Fluency in both Greek and English
Strong interpersonal and selling skills
A minimum of two years’ experience from a leading retail-oriented company
Proactive, self-motivated personality with strong organisational and management skills
Professional, responsible and reliable character who can take full ownership and accountability for own and his/her team actions
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and create an overall positive attitude of his/her team
