Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a highly established Corporate, Financial and Accounting Services Provider located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer;

Responsibilities:
Prepare and process the payroll
Communication with clients in relation to the preparation of the payroll
Updating and maintaining payroll records
Maintain leave, sick leave and overtime reports
Prepare payroll reports in line with statutory obligations
Calculation and processing of termination payments
Processing of increases and calculation of payback pays
Prepare all paperwork needed in relation to social insurance procedures
Submission of income tax employer’s return (TD7)
Preparation of Emolument Certificates (TD63)

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Payroll Process is a must;
University Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics or in a related field;
Experience in the field of payroll will be considered as an advantage;
Fluency in Greek and English language, oral and written;
Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work under pressure;
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.
