Job Description
Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a new established financial services firm seeks a Head of Finance to lead the set up and operations of the Finance and Accounting Department:
Responsibilities:
Liaising with all service providers, vendors, suppliers in relation to the commercial part of our relation
Handling invoicing from them and their monitoring and timely settling through online banking
Liaising with external accountants to provide them with all supporting documentation to be recorded in our books
Reviewing the records and confirming their accuracy
Assist with audit
Liaise with Banks/PSPs/EMIs
Ensure proper and timely funding of all our accounts with our Banks (corporate accounts)
Ensure proper and timely funding, monitoring, of all clients’ funds accounts with PSPs, EMIs, Banks including settlements and transfer of funds according to needs.
Perform daily reconciliations
Initiate, monitor and effect transfers between Group companies
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or Related
ACCA Qualified or partly qualified
Previous experience in the same line of responsibilities
Previous experience within the financial services sector.
