Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client a leading FMCG organization, is seeking to recruit a Brand Manager;

Analyze assigned accounts, brands, and competition and assist with building effective targeted marketing solutions to ensure achievement of company and client established goals and sales objectives.
Responsible for maximizing the sale of client brands through effective account management, brand promotion and communication strategies in a highly competitive market.
Manage the development of growth opportunities and the execution of marketing programs in their assigned markets.
Partner with Division Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure effective execution of distribution, back bar presence, POS, drink features, staff training, promotions, pricing, programming, premium wells, catering, kitchen, wine list and wine by the glass.
Create programs aimed at achieving the objectives of assigned accounts. Monitor campaigns to ensure program execution meets objectives.
Effectively service and merchandise assigned accounts.
Promote brands and increase brand awareness within their accounts
Increase brand visibility and maximize point of sale opportunities.
Conduct staff training and education in all assigned accounts.
Develop positive relationships with all decision makers in assigned accounts.
Serve as information resources for, and conduits between, the field and the company’s management.
Work closely with the sales teams to communicate issues, analysis, opportunities and market intelligence with appropriate management.
May perform additional duties assigned.

Bachelor’s degree with Business Management or Marketing focus; or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
Sales experience in the FMCG /beverage /alcohol industry.
Fluency in Greek and English
