Job Description
Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client, is seeking to employ an Application Configuration and Support Engineer;
Responsibilities:
Participate in process flow analysis and process design
Produce a detailed technical design document to match customer requirements
Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook
Co-team with the Technical writer to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the technical design document
Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Regional IT Manager / Project Manager
Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
Participate in internal projects as required
Qualifications:
Computer science/related stream Graduate
At least 2 years of experience in Configuring/Supporting Microsoft applications having large user base
Proficient in writing SQL queries for CURD operations
Exposure to ASP .Net development
Exposure to MVC framework
Good analytical skills
Ability to investigate reported issues
Proficient in English
Ability to do user demonstration for supported Products
Good team player
