Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a Corporate Services/Trust provider, is seeking to employ a Trust/Corporate administrator;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day handling of the administration procedures of trust structures and a portfolio of companies by liaising with both clients and professional intermediaries.
Support and assist on Corporate and Fiduciary matters on a timely manner.
Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
Dealing with compliance and client due diligence.
Identify and implement improvements to client service delivery where agreed.
Preparation and execution of bank account application forms when necessary and communication with all banks whether in Cyprus or abroad.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Fiduciary industry.
Proven record of establishing strong client and professional intermediary relationships with companies operating in the financial sector.
Pleasant character.
Good communication and team work skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
