Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a leading forex institution is seeking to employ a Technical Account Manager;

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a solid relationship with existing and new clients through multiple communication channels
Provide account management, technical guidance and training to clients during the on-boarding process to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships
Manage the relationship between the company and the clients, focusing on advising clients regarding company’s offers, applying technical solutions, and seeking opportunities to develop business
Handle client enquiries related to changes to their setup, including and additional fees involved
Maintain a solid understanding of Company’s offering, forthcoming releases, and the client’s setup
Identify new business opportunities with the existing clients
Send clients communication, updates, new available features, etc.
Identify trends and cross-selling solutions to clients
Ensure clients are fully leveraging the Company’s system capability to satisfy their business requirements.
Manage client expectations when required
Manage communication between our clients who want to have mutual connections (maker-taker agreements and interaction, etc.)
Handle contract signing and setup details for new clients.
Liaise with other departments on behalf clients, and as part of internal projects
Distribute information and requirements from other departments to clients.
Obtain feedback and updates from the client, escalating as necessary.
Represent the company at events and expos.

Qualifications :
BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
MSc/MEng in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
Eligible to work in Cyprus
Previous experience consdiered an advantage
Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
Must have experience or knowledge of technical background
Able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise different tasks quickly.
Must have a keen interest in Financial Markets, any experience is an advantage.
Must have integrity and strong communication skills. Customer focused, results driven and self-motivated personality
Team player and able to work with minimum supervision whilst being able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
