Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a leading Wine & Spirits Trader company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Purchasing/Logistics Officer;

Responsibilities:
Manages the company’s purchasing process with overseas suppliers by placing timely orders.
Ensuring inventory is well managed, by organizing cycle counts and stock takings.
Communicates with sales departments and monitor stocks level based on market needs and trends.
Cooperate with forwarding agents for timely, cost efficient shipping and collection of company’s orders.
Prepares costings in collaboration with the management and accounting department.
Make proposals, for the improvement of company’s procedures and cost efficiency.
Prepares reports relative to the achievement of sales and monitors related inventory budgeted level.
Participates in the Management Review Procedure.
Identifies the non-conformities of the department and determines corrective actions.
Any other job that the Management may assign him/her with

Qualifications:
Holding a university Degree in Business Administrations, Marketing, or any other related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a related position
Fluency in English and Greek
Proficient user of computer systems
Good problem-solving and numerical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Pleasant personality and discreet
Honest, trustworthy and to be able to work well in teams
Meet deadlines
