Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Online Gaming organization located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative;

Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Answering client’s requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers’ satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
Maintaining professionalism at all instances

Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English language
Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Attention to details and quality of work
European citizenship
