Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an IT Solutions Provider company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive;

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales quota set forth by the company.
Maximize sales coverage by prospecting and responding to qualified sales leads, converting them to new sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Develop relationships with prospect clients and supplement demand generation activities.
Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise), recommend new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues affecting prospects.
Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points. Utilize VE, benchmarking and ROI data to support the customer’s decision process.
Quarterly report sales statistics of deliverables, competitor, market analysis and forecast account metrics to management.
Develop, update and maintain sales performance records and a database of existing and potential clients through company’s customer relationship management system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
4-5 years work experience of experience in sales of complex business software / technology solutions.
Overachieving results in current role for the last 3 out of 5 years
Strong Business Network
Ability to orchestrate presales and virtual teams to deliver results
Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
Ability to compose a winning proposal with minimal help.
Experience in SAP will be considered an advantage.
Fluent in Greek and English language is required.
Proven Experience in at least one of the following areas:
-Financial systems, financial planning and enterprise resource planning expertise.
-Supply chain management and Procurement.
-Customer relationship management, sales, sales force automation and sales team management.
-Human capital management, recruitment, learning, compensation and talent management.
