Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a leading organisation seeks to employ an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the corporate affairs
Organizing and setting up procedures for the manner in which all correspondence of the department should be handled
Assisting in Client Bank Account Opening
Ensuring that all the necessary changes needed to be made in the Registrar of Companies are made on time and all Certificates are updated and kept in file
KYC & due diligence procedures

Qualifications:
University Degree or Secretarial studies or Legal studies
4+ years previous experience within trust, corporate service environment is essential
Fluency in English (Verbal & Written) Greek language will be considered an advantage
Computer literate
Excellent organisational & communication skills
Pleasant personality
A team player with a hands on approach
