Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a Legal Services organisation, is seeking to employ an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator in Limassol;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the corporate affairs.
Organizing and setting up procedures for the manner in which all correspondence of the department should be handled.
Assisting in Client Bank Account Opening.
Ensuring that all the necessary changes needed to be made in the Registrar of Companies are made on time and all Certificates are updated and kept in file.
KYC & due diligence procedures.

Qualifications:
University Degree or Legal studies.
6+ years previous experience within trust, corporate service environment is essential.
Native in English.
Greek language will be considered an advantage.
Computer literate.
Experience in Trust Law will be consider an advantage.
Excellent organisational & communication skills.
Pleasant personality.
A team player with a hands on approach.
Organised, Reliable and Professional.
