Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a leading Services provider is seeking to recruit a Secretary;
Manage office maintenance including administrative tasks (i.e scan, copy, phone calls)
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
Manage travel issues, i.e., flight’s, hotel’s etc.
Fluent in English & Greek, both written and verbal
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Good administration and organization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
