Advance Career on behalf of our client a well-established organisation is seeking to recruit Scandinavian / German speaking Customer Support Representatives;

Responsibilities:
Responding to client account queries via Email, Telephone Calls and Chat in a polite and professional manner.
Further training is provided by the company.

Qualifications:
Native English speakers or fluency in of one of the following languages: German or any Scandinavian language.
Experience in Customer care roles
Computer Literacy
Good communication/public relations skills.
Ability to work shifts – 10:00 – 18:00, 16:00 – 00:00
Ability to work both alone and as part of a team essential.
