Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Forex organisation, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager in Limassol;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the recruitment of new team members in the business development department
Responsible to train and motivate the Business Development team members
Create and promote KPIs
Monitor Retention and Conversion staff in Cyprus
Maintain and expand the business development team in accordance with KPIs
Provide incentives to the business development team to achieve KPIs
Prepare reports to measure leads and accounts, monitor department’s performance

Qualifications:
Proven experience in the Forex industry leading a Business Development team
Fluency in English
Strong team player and team leader;
Positive attitude and motivated to succeed
Eligible to work in the EU
Goal oriented, driven, good analytical skills and high levels of integrity.
