Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established market leader in Audio/Visual Hi TechSound, is seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator in Limassol;
Managing and responding to incoming leads.
Liaison with the internal teams such as accounts, engineering and warehousing.
Liaison with external international suppliers to procure prices, order and arrange logistics.
ERP system data entry.
General administration duties.
Must seek ways to improve the business operation.
Understand customer issues and provide solutions.
Relevant college or university degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word & Excel is considered mandatory.
Knowledge of the Greek language is preferred but not mandatory.
Pleasant personality with integrity.
A basic accounting and mathematics ability are preferred.
3 years’ experience in an administrative position required.
