Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate Company based in Paphos, is seeking to recruit a Russian Speaking Sales Manager;

Responsibilities:
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers and agents to generate sales
Be able to present the Company’s portfolio in such a way as to assist the customer in selecting the right property as per his personal needs
Network, prospect and generate sales leads
Create clear and effective presentations for the customer
Be able to negotiate the terms of the agreements
Be able to handle customer related issues and offer after sales support
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current market trends and conditions

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role for 3-5 years
Be confident, energetic, positive and communicative
Have knowledge and keen interest in the property market dynamics, customer preferences and trends and good understanding of the real estate market of Cyprus/Paphos (citizenship packages, tax incentives etc)
Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Very good negotiating skills
Be computer literate
Have good command of the English language (any additional language will be considered an advantage)
Be holder of a full driving license
