Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an International leading Trading Company in Limassol,  is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Sales/Logistics Support Coordinator;

Responsibilities:
Track shipments of products to clients and ensure they arrive on time from one destination to another.
Keep detailed, organized records of orders and stock from clients.
Ensure all tracking shipments are entered into company CRM system in a timely manner.
Communicating with clients & assisting with any enquires.
Enter & update customer data into CRM system.
Assist Sales Team with adhoc duties as required.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English, Russian as a minimum; other languages are a plus
Previous experience in Trading \ Logistics  will be an advantage
Degree in Business Administration or related degree will be an advantage
A self-starter able to work from his/her own initiative
Team player
Eligible to work in Cyprus
