Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client,a licensed Asset Management company, is seeking to employ a Back Office Officer;

Responsibilities:
Daily Portfolio Reconciliations: Responsible for the processing of transactions, reconciliation of statements and the preparation of payments;
Communication with Credit and Financial Institutions for the monitoring of transfers and balances;
MiFID Trade & Transaction reporting;
Internal Portfolio reporting & review;
Organising cash and security transfers.

Qualifications:
Preferably a degree in a Business related subject with knowledge in Economics or Finance;
Computer Literate, with very good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL;
Previous relevant experience (4-6 years) would be considered as an advantage;
Willing to learn and eager to work under pressure;
Fluent in both Russian and English language;
Excellent Communication Skills;
Good problem solving skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
