Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, seeks to employ a Russian, English speaking Corporate Administrator in Limassol;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of statutory records of companies;
Preparation of the application and relevant documentation for the incorporation of a new company in Cyprus and/or foreign jurisdictions;
Preparation and/or review of corporate documents, drafting and filing of all necessary changes with regards to company changes;
Ensures proper record keeping and filling in electronic and hard-copy format;

Qualifications :
University Degree in Law or Business
2+ years of relevant experience as a Corporate Administrator is essential
Fluency in Russian, English; Greek would be considered an advantage (Verbal and Written);
Computer literate (including Word and, Excel, internet use including e-mails, group messaging and data collection);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Energetic, flexible with a positive attitude;
An honest and trustworthy manner
