Advance Career Ltd, is seeking to recruit a vibrant and vigorous Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team;

Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations and provide administrative support to the team
Draft job descriptions for various vacancies and post across social media channels
Follow up on the interview process status
Explore new recruitment options to advertise & recruit candidates
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Conduct market research (new business, new departments in business etc.)
Responsible in using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business
Handle a portfolio of clients and assist them with their recruitment and HR needs
Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
Screen resumes and conduct interviews with candidates to shortlist for a wide range of roles
Draft job descriptions for various vacancies and post across social media channels on a weekly basis
Headhunting to identify suitable candidates
Meet performance based targets assigned by management

Qualifications:
University degree in Human Resource Management, Bussiness Administration
Basic knowledge of the HR sphere and strong will to develop professionally
Fluency in English and Greek
Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Confident and positive attitude
