Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client an investment firm, seeks to employ an English and Greek speaking Receptionist for their Limassol offices;

Responsibilities:
Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and managing internal & external customers timely and professionally;
Collect and distribute all incoming mail, messages and courier items;
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as drafting of letters, reports, filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc;
Maintain contact databases and staff administrative records;
Co-ordinate and organise appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments;
Receive and greet all visitors/staff in a professional and warm manner;
Assist in the coordination of company functions/events, plan and setup of conference rooms and meetings;
Organise travel arrangements and source office supplies;
Assist in general office administration;
Perform work related errands and assist colleagues as requested;

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek
Previous experience in International Companies preferred
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or/and Office Administration or equivalent
Competent computer skills including Word and, Excel, Outlook, Internet use
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Pleasant personality
Attentive to detail, disciplined and self-motivated;
Eligible to work in Cyprus
