Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Online Gaming organization located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a PSP Analyst;
Responsibilities:
Analysing on a daily basis approval rates of all payment methods and monitoring account balances;
Utilization of payments systems to optimise deposit conversion percentages;
Reviewing issues identified and reporting to relevant technical teams;
Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative methods;
Research, contract negotiations and onboard new payment providers;
Performing settlement calculations;
Coordinate new implementations needed to meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Fluent English speaker;
Experience in a similar position;
Strong Excel and analytical skills;
Gaming background will be considered as an advantage;
Eligible to work in Cyprus
