Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a FMCG Company in Limassol is seeking to recruit a Production & Management Engineer;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the monitoring of production processes and methods, work orders, training and equipment regulation based on ISO standards.
Responsible for analyzing quality problems and finding solutions in the field of responsibility.
Responsible for monitoring and optimizing the operation indicators of the Department.
Responsible for designing and supervising the production work program.
Responsible for supervising and implementing the HACCP system.
Maintains the day-to-day operation of the plant and the implementation of the production program.
Coordinates the use of equipment and space based on the instructions and directions of the Plant Manager.
Contributes to ensuring and optimizing synergies between production programs and available staff.
Coordinates and supervises permanent and temporary staff.
Head of the production group operators, in consultation with the Factory Manager.
Works closely with the Factory Manager to communicate with external partners and agencies to provide specialized services.
Participates in reporting producers reports on a monthly and annual basis.
Responsible for making good use of the available material resources and for observing the factory operating conditions.
Actively involved in direct troubleshooting of production, maintenance and repair of defects together with the support of technical services.
Responsible for staff training in the use of production equipment.
Availability for any emergency attendance.
Fulfills additional administrative responsibilities, as defined by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Food Technology, Chemical Engineer).
At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG Sector.
Experience in project management (timetables, production tracking, subcontractors and suppliers management)
Ability to manage human resources.
Computer literate.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Communication and management skills.
Team spirit of cooperation.
Development of initiatives.
