Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, an International Forex Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Product Support Officer;
Acquire extensive knowledge of all company’s Products, in terms of technical specifications, user experience and expected behavior.
Responsible point of contact for technical escalation of issues.
Reviewing and investigating escalation of technical issues and coordinating with the relevant teams to resolve.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on our Products; trading platform and admins software.
Responsible escalation point for all internal teams in regards to technical or product operational issues.
Guide internal teams and ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to all internal teams.
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Constantly monitoring company’s Platforms and Product to ensure smooth functioning.
Managing in-house built systems and operational tasks concerning these systems and software.
Continuously expand knowledge of our product line.
BSc in Business/Finance/Compute Science or relevant equivalent.
Proven experience in the FX/Fintech industry on Operational, Support or Customer Experience related fields.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to instantly adapt in changes.
Technical oriented and proactive personality.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
