Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the CEO;

Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily administration activities
Screening calls
Responsible for filing systems
Liaise with collaborators
Manage CEO’s Calendar
Manage traveling arrangements for the CEO
Attend board meetings and take minutes
Handling general correspondence

Qualifications :
University Degree in Business Administration or Relevant
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Greek/English (spoken & written)
