Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an established Luxurious 5 starts Resort, is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant for the Hotel’s General Manager to be based in Paphos;

Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
Act as the primary point of contact for staff, guests, and external stakeholders.
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Hotel’s General Manager.
Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for Hotel’s General Manager.
Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings and events.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs.
Track and follow up on action items, preparing regular reports.
Address and resolve routine issues, anticipating and solving challenges.

Qualifications :
College Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration and/or any other related field
3 + years of experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office
