Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a leading Audit Firm located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator;

Responsibilities:
Ensuring that client’s payroll transactions are processed efficiently;
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update client’s payroll information;
Handling and responding to clients about payroll related matters;
Liaising with the clients to enforce payroll deadlines;
Perform any other tasks associated with payroll administration to complete the payroll within agreed deadlines;
Responding to any errors in payroll by checking past records and making any salary corrections or adjustments when necessary.

Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field;
Previous experience in the field of payroll;
Knowledge of Easysoft software will be considered an advantage;
Proficient in MS Office and payroll software programs;
A clear understanding of payroll laws, taxes and PAYE procedures;
Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written;
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills;
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail;
Pleasant personality, professionalism and able to work under strict reporting deadlines.

Working hours: Flexible working hours and Friday afternoons off.
