Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client an International Online Gaming organization is seeking to recruit a Native English Speaking Customer Support Representative;

Responsibilities:
Must acquire a good understanding and knowledge of our products and systems
Respond to customer queries via telephone e-mail and chat in a timely, courteous and professional manner
Troubleshooting, researching and documenting players queries
Must be able to follow and carry out company procedures
Good record keeping of all actions taken
Upselling promotions
Must be able to deliver a first class quality service to clients
All other duties as deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent verbal, written and inter- personal communication skills
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Able to work independently and within a team
Good Timekeeping is essential
Accuracy with record keeping
Able to stay calm under pressure
Reliable and hardworking

24/7 Shift work as per the below rotation;
3 days on
Day 1: Day Shift (7 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
Day 2: Evening Shift (4 p.m. – 12 a.m.)
Day 3: Night Shift (12 a.m. – 7 a.m.)
Then 2 days off.
Then the shift repeats.
