Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a corporate services organisation, is seeking to recruit a Secretary in Limassol;

Responsibilities:
Manage office maintenance including administrative tasks (i.e scan, copy, phone calls)
Certificates are updated and kept in file
Preparation of documents and emails
Answering office phone / emails
Liaising with clients regarding all matters
Offering full support to both management and colleagues in other departments
Arranging appointments/ meetings organization
Assist management with travelling arrangements

Qualifications:
Diploma in Secretarial studies or equivalent
Native English
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in a Corporate services environment will be considered an advantage
Computer literate
Excellent organisational & communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
