Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a corporate services provider, seeks to employ an Administrator in Limassol;

Responsibilities:
Providing a variety of clerical and administrative office support duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations, perform secretarial duties of the office.
Carrying out-of-office activities that may occur
Communication with Clients
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office, booking meetings, keeping the reception area tidy.
Offering full support to both management and colleagues in other departments
Preparation of documents and emails
Arranging appointments/ meetings organization
Assisting management with travelling arrangements
Completing all allocated tasks in an accurate, neat and professional manner, while ensuring attention to detail is displayed and follow up is conducted thoroughly.
Assisting in meeting organizational goals by meeting deadlines, assuming ownership, scheduling time, prioritizing tasks and complying with the organization’s information requirements.
Answering and forwarding phone calls, screening phone calls, support customers in chat.
Maintenance and tracking of incoming and outgoing documentation, sorting and distributing post arranging couriers.

Qualifications:
University Degree or secretarial studies
1-2 years of experience as an administrator
Previous experience as a corporate administrator within corporate service environment will be considered as an advantage
Fluency in English and Greek (Verbal & Written).
Computer literate
Excellent organisational & communication skills
Pleasant personality
A team player with a hands on approach
