Advance Career ltd on behalf of our client,  is seeking to recruit Japanese speaking Customer Support Officers;

Responsibilities:
Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
Assisting clients with queries and questions
Resolve product and service related issues promptly and professionally
Promoting available products and services to clients
Interacting with other departments
Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results

Qualifications:
Degree in a business-related field
Minimum 1 year experience in the forex/binary industry
Fluency in English plus an additional language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding customer communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skill
Excellent computer literacy
