Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a leading Cysec regulated Forex company is seeking to recruit a Italian Speaking Customer Support;

Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and telephone
Responding to all client’s requests promptly
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
Promoting products and services to clients
Maintaining professionalism at all instances

Qualifications :
A degree in a business related field
2-3 years experience in a client handling position
Fluent in English and Italian written & verbal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client handling skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent IT skills
