Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an Italian Speaking Customer Support/Complaints Representative;

Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
Resolves product related issues
Resolves complaints by customers
Works closely with the Compliance team
Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
Call Monitoring

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field will be consider as an advantage
Fluency in Italian is a must
Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
