Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Financial Services organization, is looking to recruit Italian Speaking Back Office Officer;

Responsibilities:
Providing approval and opening client accounts in the Company systems upon reviewing the KYC documentation in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
Collecting, filling, reviewing and approving KYC documents
Reviewing and approving monetary transactions (deposits and withdrawals) of clients according to company’s policies and procedures
Assisting in compliance and regulatory supervision and preparing regulator reports
Leasing with other departments; Compliance, AML and Customer Support for approval of opening a new client account and as needed
Draft and implement all policies and procedures to be followed by the back office
Reviewing of payments made (reconciliation) and issuing of daily/weekly reports
Monitoring of calls for compliance and regulatory related issues
Monitoring of online marketing material for compliance and regulatory issues
Performing client due diligence
Other ad-hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:
Fluent Italian and English
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in Back Office would be considered an advantage
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work well under pressure, organized and attentive to detail
Demonstrates integrity, discretion, trustworthiness and reliability
Ability to work 24/5 shifts on a weekly rotation basis:
09:00-17:00
12:00-20:00
