Job Description

Advance Career on behalf of our client, an FMCG Company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an IT Help Desk Administrator;

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for users and assist in resolving existing issues
Configure, monitor and maintain updated virus protection software, and backup data for emergency recovery
Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware and servers, test, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve all issues
Reading products specifications and working with several outsourcing contractors / vendors
Negotiate quotes with suppliers

Qualifications:
University Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
3+ years of previous experience in a similar job role.
Knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows, MS-Office applications, Networks, Windows Server, Exchange Server
Fluency in Greek and English.
Knowledge and installation of serves in a Hyper-V environment will be consider an advantage
Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be considered an advantage
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Working hours: 8:00 – 16:00
